Insiders have Zero Cost Shares .... they are desperate to sell because MXAM provides them with NO income other than share sale proceeds.

Actually they are since all of their shares are zero cost basis that they awarded themselves for being such astute businessmen.

Having zero cost shares allows them to make money even when the price never increases.
