rachelise, On that consumer versus enterprise customer distinction, I encountered the same problem as you when I ordered a laptop by phone from Dell... poor information, confused information, advice that even rose to the level of negligent, legally actionable misrepresentation. The ordering experience was a great dissappointment, as compared to when I used Dell in 1997, and the Dell purchasing experience was so satisfying.
