Whoever it is, they are doing a poor job of selling by showing a large offer.

We had one of these days last month with the "delisting" announcement...remember?

I like to think of Big Stocks as walking up a flight of stairs with a yoyo. The yoyo provides the short term ups and downs but the overall pattern is up.
