Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.) and Rep. Ron Paul (R-Texas) will introduce legislation on Thursday to end the federal ban on marijuana and let the states decide whether to legalize it.

Okay this is awesome ... You guys know Ron White the comedian right? He talks about how Texas put in an express lane for the Death Penalty. Should Texas begin to get on board and really jump-start the fed changes well it's game over then. America will follow Texas ... take that to the Bank Baby!
