Proof?.. I guess people actually don't read the filings.. "ALL" of my DD for VOIS and IMSHO, evidence that this POS is a scam is in the filings.. $250 G's were needed for the HeadSet right???
March 31, 2013... VOIS handed over $480 G's to Brent Fouch from a Bogus consulting fee provided to Fouch in the form of Rapid Fire Marketing Shares (another POS Brent Fouch Company).. those shares were listed in the Q1 filing as "Shares Available for Sale".. OK so $480,000 was handed back over to Fouch because he "Earned" that Consulting Fee as part of his "Efforts" while CEO of Mind Technologies, and VOIS simply handed his shares back over to him...
Four Hundred and Eighty Thousand worth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After "All" the above... Why would VOIS perform known "Toxic Conversion" of VOIS common shares when Fouch had the availability to the Funds in the First Place??????????????????????????????
