BMSN sucks as a P&D. A true Pump & Dump would have released a PR right away.

IMO, it may just be a case of priorities and they just don't find that info worthy of the cost of a PR.

It's great news, but there are clearly bigger fish to fry and if they aren't looking to dump shares, then what's the point of a PR?
