was what I was thinking…
they held off for a while but the more the co. taps the credit line the more shares get issued, and the more they must sell to avoid the 4.99% ownership threshold.

sat - if so, it really would behoove the co. to pump the stock a bit, create some liquidity, and let their financier unload some of their position whilst not crushing the share price. That is usually how its done, isn't it? I am flummoxed on the relative silence out of Implant. I do not believe NDAs are in play with relatively small freight shipping air cargo companies. Where are those sales? How about a PR saying something like: Implant Sciences ships $1.2 Million of QS-B220's to various air cargo facilities in seven different countries. That would be welcome news and they would not divulge who/where, if that is so important to keep secret. I truly thought that by this time we would be dining on a steady stream of sales news while we wait for the big approvals and mega-deals.
