If they are the ones who are selling or putting these large blocks (was not the case in the last quarter) then it explains why Uri or DMRJ has not come out to show any support for this name in the media. You can not be selling and promoting at the same time...however, the volume except for a few specific days have been very low so not clear to me whether this will suffice their needs to stay under 5%.
