Tuck... First it's Great to read your posts, and I agree about the "get things done"..."can do" attitude in Texas, and the "haven't missed too many meals" part too. Some say there are still more cattle than people in Texas, LOL! When you work hard, and you play hard, you gotta eat hard too, right? As my momma use to say... "food's cheaper than medicine"... and she could sure enough cook.
