Very good post Malum, but put the bulletproof vest on many here might find it a little too negative.

good post...we shall see how it plays out in the short term very soon. I stayed away from this one for a long while but it seems to me that they may have stumbled on a platform from which a good legit company can be matured. If they fold back into the old ways they as penny players we simply take the hit. I agree a little more legitimization will bring in more seasoned money...Big and other wise....

Good post malum..more realistic perspective than most others.
.
Personally, I'd rather see someone expose their shortcomings (ie: checkered past as you put it) than continue to ignore it or try to hide it, ..says something...imo

Have a prosperous New Year.

Malum, I don't think many investors/traders were too worried about the "checkered past" when GZFX was trading 400MM shares per day last month. Since then the lows have consolidated in the upper .012's where they were in the .005's after the CC announcement (spike to .015) and subsequent retracement (.005). Then liftoff to .025 and retracement to .011. GZFX is poised to spring higher from a higher base in 06 (.013) and little if anyone now is concern with the super bowl fiasco, imo.

just read your post Malum...

good point, but i think smart money will get in before the announcement of the national rollout.

I am basing my entire GZFX investment on that national rollout. GZFX needs it to become a respectable company.

Malum

I can only hope that all your fears about checkered pasts, and this and that, will soon be negated. I believe it will. In the meantime, it looks like you and your new buddy d'Greed are going to have a lot of fun.

I still do not believe that a connection between 'Big Money' (and that's a term that escapes definition here... is it large format dollar bills, or institutional fund buying that you are talking about) and GZFX's immediate future are connected, even though you are trying to suggest it is, in a series of posts now. GZFX does not need insitutional buying now to go ahead, move forward into the next phase of it's expansion and development. I do not believe, as I pointed out to you last night, that anybody running a penny and a half stock would expect that, or formulate the need for headless outside funding into their earliest developmental plans, which is precisely where GZFX is.

Again, I reaffirm that your insistence that Big Money should be involved is a misnomer, and that you are setting some kind of stage to claim that when they DON'T get involved (immediately after the 15th for example) then GZFX is a failure.

Just because you are still talking about it doesn't make it true. I posted to you on this subject last night, and you haven't bothered to respond, other than to put up some kind of offensive remark which was taken down by the mods immediately.

Again, Big Money (outside major institutional group buying) currently has no business in GZFX, and repeated posting about it does not legitimize the concept.

Good post , Malum . The market needs different types of investors who base their investment strategies on risk tolerance . " Big money " typically has a much lower tolerance for risk , preferring and recognizing that their portfolio
should be comprised of only profitable growth stocks .

Once GZFX demonstrates incontrovertibly that the company has progressive revenues and PROFITS , has a clear corporate strategy , and is in a growth sector with the Circuit City partnership confirmed , those investors will
then consider GZFX to have LOW risk and HIGH reward probabilities . Those types of investors would never consider buying GZFX at .013 cents at the HIGH risk phase because
HIGH risk is inconceivable to them . Commensurate to GZFX's
verifiable growth those investors would consider buying GZFX at a much higher valuation on the EXPECTATION ( not anticipation ) of continued growth .

The current GZFX investors / shareholders carry the burden of
HIGH risk according to recognized risk versus reward templates . Surely the current GZFX investors who have invested in other OTC stocks know all about high risk and 90 % losses . So do BIG MONEY investors .....that's why they have
BIG MONEY because they simply will not invest in HIGH risk stocks .

Fringy said it best ; Just because John Fleming states that GZFX is a growth company , and if I may elaborate to include
current GZFX investors who believe that GZFX is ( will be ) a growth company , the rest of the National Market's LOW risk investors do not yet believe until the PROOF , PROOF , PROOF exists .

Should GZFX perform as current shareholders believe , it will be the " BIG MONEY " investors who will pay a premium to get our shares , recognizing that even .40 cents ( EXAMPLE ONLY ) is peanuts to them for a GROWTH company , and that is the factor that will not only drive GZFX's PPS north but also sustain the PPS at the higher valuations .

IMO , Circuit City will demand that GameZnFlix do everything right and to their standards of corporate protocols and ethics . I also believe that CC will demand that GameZnFlix dissociate the company from the nefarious skulduggeries of the OTC Market by conducting ALL of their business affairs with impeccable integrity , beyond reproach and atypical OTC suspicion .

Current shareholders will then have HIGH rewards to a LOW risk growth stock .

Malum2006: All the better when you think about it. If the price is .05-.10 (or more) before the "big" money that needs confirmation decides to invest, the more it will push the price up from there.

Money invested is money invested. Shares bought are shares bought. Now or then, it's all good.
