Well, I dont know how else to put it...this stock has a "checkered past" management wise (superbowl, balance sheet)...plus has a basic dilution issue, pps over time has been, shall we say, interesting, plus its a very competitive industry right now, many little players like this around.

What I say assumes the CC announcement will come in mid-late january and wont wait until next quarterly report...and it will affirm a rollout...

(Oh, and about "where's the facts" ...this is just my intuition. So, take it for what its worth. Its maybe only worth as much as it cost you.)

The chill is over, because people are waking up to the "On or about Jan 15th" "30 day notice" statement, tax loss time is over,....BUT...there have been certain statements from this company before that have been...for lack of a better term, mistaken...so there is hesitation.

I dont think its safe to say big money really ignores anything....if they see firm numbers, and firm progression with the rollout....they will invest. BB , OTC, Pink sheet, whatever category you want to put it...however you want to minimize its status....if the company is making money, the revenue is there, the investors will be there....

But, because of the past, I think investors, "serious" investors (institutions), not us "penny players", are waiting for confirmation of a different level. Unless they have inside info (which often times they do....thus why I think EARLY-mid january, not POST-CC rollout announcement...will come the beginning trickle of the serious investors)

While they, like anyone, would want to maximize their investment I dont think a PR pop will bother them to miss too much, if they find that its going to grow over the long term, serious money will risk [losing] the PR pop to get in on a [more] SURE thing....meaning mostly YES I think "they" will wait until AFTER the announcement to invest....esp with this company.

Just blatant guesswork.
