The 20% he's referring to is for the amount of shares both IBC Fund and CP US Income Group can hold(9.99%). Though both debts with these companies appear to be controlled by the same two guys, Samuel Oshana and Bryan Collins. So based on these two deals, these two guys could potentially control 20% of the company stock at one time.
