OT Dmiller maybe I am wrong then, I just don't see it on the ground level, and of course I do agree that 2006 will be down from levels of 2005, but even with this recent down trend that you and jim talk of, wasn't 2005 a record year

Jimcharts said he made a prediction that housing would level off, but this has only happened at the end of the year, if you listened to him at the beginning of the year and acted accordingly you would have lost money, if you take the whole of 2005 he is flat wrong
