This will not be settled this year, no chance. It will be too late for jnsh even if they win the case. Courts are slow, sorry to say that.

I think we see a settlement in the lawsuit really soon. If they don't settle soon, they both effectively lose the 350Green Chicago chargers. The only leverage that CCGI has is to threaten to delay the case until the installation contract expires. That gives them a couple of weeks to settle or lose the leverage. If they don't settle... this could be in court for a couple of years and the Chicago network is as good as lost to both parties...

I wish I could be a fly on the wall listening to the strategy sessions, but I have full faith that Brian will do what is best for the company and its shareholders...

The company's silence on the lawsuit does not trouble me in the least. It is a lawsuit, and I'd wager that they have been legally advised about not commenting publicly on it. Still expect to see earnings on time though!

I would not be the least bit surprised to see a settlement very soon... actually, I fully expect to!
