I for one am glad that, at least there seems to be some progress here. I just want them to go to court and resolve this once and for all. This is a resource drain and a distraction and needs to conclude soon for JNSH.
Best case (and most likely case) is still that JNSH wins the case and has enough time to complete the job at hand.
Worst case is that JNSH still remains a profitable company and will look for other avenues to expand the business. That does not sound too bad to me either.
In any case, this seems to be taking a lot of focus away from JNSH, its energy and its core business, and a resolution to this (hopefully by the end of the month) will let us move on, one way or another.
