Buying opportunity for whom??? Certainly not for those of us who have believed and held for decades. It is a crap shoot. This is pretty much unfolding the way I thought it would. When Obama, several months ago, out of the blue, made a statement about "patent trolls", the handwriting was on the wall. Any ban that IDCC were to achieve through the ITC is subject to being overturned and, given the obvious decisions along party lines, I would not count on the SCOTUS to make the right decision. Anyone, not in the stock, who was willing to "bet" on IDCC prevailing with a small amount of money, might do well. But I advise anyone who already has made a substantial commitment, don't throw good money after bad. I sincerely hope I am wrong (and still have a lot of money in IDCC) but be aware, our entire system has been politicized. GLTA.
