I believe they thought the patent announcement would be enough to spike the share price. When it didn't, it appears they needed to sell even more shares.
I am hanging on as I only invest what I can afford to lose in penny stocks. My average cost is now very low so any spike will get me to profits well before even .01
Let's hope Kay has a rabbit up his sleeve!! But I wouldn't count on it or they would have held back on issuing these shares to after.
