The innocient 400 plus shareholder's should recover and make money if this company comes back by or before August 15th,2013.

Nothing is gonna happen by the 15th. On the 16th, the stock will start trading again on the grey market with no bid or ask being quoted. Thinking anything different simply shows ones lack of knowledge in regards to SEC suspensions. Shareholders will need way more than luck at this point, they'll need a full fledged miracle. Any shareholder who is totally surprised by the recent events has obviously never read the warning below about penny stocks on the SEC website.
