I am sure none of us are in the favor that the innocient shareholder's should loose their hard earned money. Let's hope this is not a scam. Let BGMO proof by August 15th, 2013. and wish them to be very sucessful in their life. I am sure you will be the first one who will be very happy to see BGMO acheive all its goals.
HH shall connect SEC with the Banker's in Far East, Get Bank Statement, Provide E-mail Addresses, Phone numbers etc, and have SEC speak to the Bank to confirm BGMO's subsidiary has funds on deposit. and the reason why these funds could not be used prior to Jan 9th, 2014 as stated on Seeking Alph Press Release by quility stocks. also the limitations of NDA shall be explained to SEC.

or other option get Certified Financials prepared by LL Bradford or any other reputable CPA firm submit current financial acceptable to SEC.

In any event the funds must be in BGMO possions. If there are no funds and this company is a fraud. I dont know what to say they will serve time over 25 years if this is a scam as said by many here earlier.

Again i will wait till August 15th, 2013 and not make private deals to sell or purchase these securities till AUGUST 15th, 2013.
