Don't you mean Bard Medical was the company that merged with Solos in the 1990's?

Last time I checked Bard Medical (BCR on NYSE) was a different company than Olea Medical http://www.olea-medical.com/en_US/investors.html

Bard and Olea are two very different businesses. Bard was involved with Solos back in the 90's.

Emergo Group is acting as Solos' authorized representative in Europe. It is neither a merger/acquisition or even a joint venture.

There is much more in the pipeline here than we know or has been made public.

Olea Medical worked with Emergo Group mid 2012, now Solos retains the same company as its Authorized Representative.

Olea Medical designs and markets "innovated medical imaging software"

All of Olea's products are FDA approved and CE Marked (as soon will all Solos product lines).

Olea Medical has a strong reputation (distribution) in Europe
