Olea Medical has nothing to do with SNDY now. The hype here was from an event in an executive's Bio from the early 1990's. It had nothing to do with current events.

Bard confirms that Solos/Bard merger in BIO took place in 1990-1991 Just like I suspected and mentioned in this board, this event took place in the past. I love it when I'm right!

I noticed on David Dzergoski’s bio http://agileedgetech.com/whoweare/executive_bios.php the following statement was made:

“He has worked in a wide range of organizations and programs including: Solos Endoscopy, Founding Partner. As one of the founding members of this privately held company David drove the growth of the military medical market to over $100m in annual revenues over a 3 year period.In addition to his role in driving revenues he worked as part of the management team to prepare Solos for their acquisition by Bard Medical.”

Can you elaborate if this Solos acquisition by Bard Medical is taking place currently or was an event that transpired in the past.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
