Nice! Freebies are always good, well, almost always:) and the likes of a shopping mall would even be better. Lots of space and a variance of facilities which can be transformed and utilized in a number of ways.

I don't even want to go down the Dreamworks road right now, but very much the likes of what I had an outside hope for in them hooking up with an entity like Pixar. Dreamworks + MMA Animals = big $s, I hope, I hope, I hope!:)

Phoenixlord, IMO Saipan is another in a growing string of ideas so bad you have to wonder why they expect people to take them seriously. This is almost certainly the place since this seems to be the only government owned shopping mall in Saipan:

Look at them all and tell me how this facility is suitable for a film studio. Ask your self after viewing the pictures of deterioration and vandalism how much stock they would have to sell to clean this place up and then secure it 365 days a year in the tropics.

I do see a use for this property but if I post it here Smith will read it and say "well of course, that's what we planned all along".
