Cool, I don't see that on the main website. It must be only under the Fill 2 Pure name.

I'm not sure if you saw it, but Fill 2 Pure International, Inc was formed as a separate subsidiary in April of this year:

"Seychelle Water Technologies, Inc., and Fill 2 Pure International, Inc., both wholly owned subsidiaries, were formed as corporations in February 1997 and April, 2013, respectively, under the laws of the state of Nevada for the purpose of marketing."

I'm pretty sure this is to sell through the retail companies as "Fill 2 Pure" and not as Seychelle, the point being that the big retailers can choose how they want to sell and market the products. Here is another quote from the 10-K.

"Seychelle sells its products in two ways. First, it sells its own brand to individuals, dealers, distributors, multilevel marketing companies and missionaries on a direct basis, and through our internet web site. Second, the Company offers specially designed products to the same customers as a private label supplier if purchasers buy in significant volume. In some instances, we may supply only filters for their bottles or hydration backpacks as opposed to complete products."

So basically tailoring their distribution for the big retailers that are going to bring the big bucks moving forward. Cool stuff.
