Dalmy served as counsel for the reverse merger and issued opinion letters that improperly concluded that her shares and the shares of many of the above individuals and entities were unrestricted and freely tradable. She has served as counsel to multiple microcap issuers. On September 24, 2009, OTC Markets placed Dalmy on its prohibited attorney list.
