you do understand that any private placements currently being done by MIMV are being significant discounted at below .04 prices, don't you?

Consequently, I`m of the opinion that unless terrible news is revealed about Mimvi, MIMV will continue to trade in the $.07 to $.08 range, because I`m guessing those people still holding the stock aren`t likely to sell at a much lesser price.
