LongTimeObserver ... Once again, ...

another incomplete sentence which I really don`t understand. Let`s try again and explain this in a sentence if you want to and can ... I am interested ...

"Right, "real deal" failures and phonies, likely frauds, too."

Who are you referring to as the "real deal" and who are you referring to as "failures and phonies, likely frauds, too" ?

If you can`t or won`t quit using, what are to me at least, incomprehensible quips, you`ll just be wasting your time and mine and I`ll have no alternative other than to put you back on "ignore" ... just letting you know whether you care or not.

I will probably peek from time to time to see if you post anything that your researchers at the DD Board might happen to find regarding Mr. Shareef and/or Mimvi, but good luck with that.

Also, in reference to your earlier post to me ...

"Who's pumping MIMV?"

I already said that I didn`t know, and if by some chance you might think it`s me, I just want you to know that I never recommended buying this stock, every post of mine about Microsoft merely contained posibilities and not indications that any of them would definitely come to fruition, and I never predicted how high I thought Mimvi`s share price might go ... only that I believed that it would "NEVER" go down to $.05. Now, despite the fact that my prediction could be wrong in light of recent developments, I still stand by it.

Also, just for your enlightenment, Mr. Shareef and the other two owners of Adaptive Media received MIMV stock for the sale of their Company effectively valued at $06 per share. Furthermore, all of the shares they received as well as those gifted to Ben Padnos are restricted and would require them to be registered in order for them to be sold ... I`ll even make a second prediction, and that is those shares ain`t gonna be registered anytime soon !!

Now, while I`m at it, I`ll explain what I believe has been happening in connection with the trading of MIMV stock, and it isn`t more evident than what has transpired over the last two trading days. The market makers are clearly shorting the stock one day and covering the next ...

195,660 shares of the total of 542,037 traded were sold short and the following day only 1,095 of the 195,341 sere sold short, clearly indicating to me, at least, that those shareholder who have been jumping out of MIMV were likely to have been forced to sell their shares at the bid ... the MM`s make it very difficult for anyone else to sell at the ask ... rinse and repeat because they can and do. In fact, I would almost be willing to bet that the vast majority of shareholders that bailed had to do so at the bid. I also believe that this trading pattern will continue as long as the MM`s can see that shareholders are willing to sell on the cheap. Consequently, I`m of the opinion that unless terrible news is revealed about Mimvi, MIMV will continue to trade in the $.07 to $.08 range, because I`m guessing those people still holding the stock aren`t likely to sell at a much lesser price.

GLT any shareholders that remain here and are willing to give management of the "new" Mimvi a chance to show what they can do ... I personally think there will be more PR`s announcing significant revenue generating contracts like the one just released, but the one thing we must have is patience ... this will be a long-term investment and nothing like the rocket most all thought the old Mimvi could be.

All JMHO, of course.
