No need to explain anything all a person needs to do is go through the financials its all there in black and white from how excited they were to land this broker to how the broker bowed out.

Really? Then I guess there is no problem in cutting and pasting the statement from the financials that references this supossed incident. I would like to see it but won't because it doesn't exist!

If he had learned how to control spending might have made it but has dug such a deep hole no way to get out. IMO

Dug a hole? I would like to see where in the financials it shows that the operational expenses are so great that the revenue stream is incapable of producing operating income. Since it is stated virtually every day about these huge losses then this should not be a problem.

That is, unless of course, the financials actually do not support the above quoted statement.
