So Lisenby releases PRs in the past about insignificant information (e.g., strategic alliances, "commitment" to a funding deal), yet feels that there is no good reason to PR a major/critical event like funding. In my opinion that makes no sense. Based on the pps, it doesn't make much sense to most potential investors.

If a wealthy
person/persons/group wanted to build a truckstop they certainly not need an OTC company with a marketcap of a couple 100K. They are called Developers,they get ligit funding. No rocket science just a little logic. imo
