we should be able to vote by email, too, in case we don't receive a proxy, if you're on the NOBO list. I suppose it'll take about a month or two, to do all the legal work, then the shorts, if any, will have to be covered, so maybe we'll see some heavy volume as they start buying and pushing the p.p.s up. Volume precedes news, right?
