They could be planning something in relationship to RLTR. Hodge re-issued those fake share of RLTR stock to BCCI. The next step is to issue some shares of BCCI to RLTR. Then have the two companies feed on each other. Put a business in RLTR, which feeds the stock price in BCCI and vice-versa. BCCI already has that convoluted relationship with Pangea. It used to have relationship with others. It needs RLTR to bring confusion and expectations to the mix. That is the next logical step as far as I can see. But who know, Henthorn's mind works in mischievous ways.
