I would say call.

Cheryl Wales will more than likely answer the phone.

Tell her you are a stockholder from back to 2007.

Tell her what your concern, idea or whatever it is...
(but not the whole story just area)

Then ask her to direct the call to who is best suited for it.
That way if you follow up with email you and them will understand it.
