In case this hadn't occurred to you. If they can now make LQMT 3 meters wise, that is getting very close to 10 feet. Most floors in buildings are 10 feet tall. It would seem to me that this could have some pretty interesting commercial applications for weight supporting structural design limitations. It would not pass fire tests due to extreme heat, but there are other ways in which I'm certain it could be used.
