Thanks so much for keeping us informed. It is very heartening to hear that you and the others have basically come away positive. Things may not be moving at the speed that we would like but they are moving! It is good to hear that all the "heavyweights" were there. All of you seem to have been impressed with the quality of the people working there - which is so important. Thanks again for the post.

Perhaps Rickface or Inversor could elaborate He made several comments on the lines of being very sensitive to his performance and is a "going forward" kind of guy instead of one who looks at the past.

Here is my take.

Tom feels that he has accomplished quite a bit but there remains a disproportionate amount of unhappy shareholders. He took some time to acknowledge them, which was smart. Tom does not want shareholders to focus on the past negatives. He's going to set the example by looking forward.

I think the most effective way to keep people looking ahead is to not leave them wondering about the past. If you don't wish to do that then make the kind of progress that will make them forget about prior issues.

It was quite the show on Friday. 4 hours total for me. I have never heard of any SHM like that. If not for the unhappy shareholders I do not think we would have had such a lengthy and in-depth meeting followed by a bus taking you to a lab tour with demonstrations and a Q&A. Tom wanted to increase transparency and warm up investors.

The one thing that I took away from it was that Leonberger, Bintz, and Mickelson seem to be working as a single entity in conjunction with the lab staff.
