yellow-bluff: OMTH will be put out to pasture. The more I think about it the more sense it makes. AZN is not stupid, the board unanimously concurred on that. We just couldn't figure out why. The strategy let's them come out with The Mother of all Combo pills for Mixed Dyslipidemia. Reduce-it uses Crestor. The only negative that comes to mind is that I'm usually wrong on strategic M&A.
