I'm just trying to make it clear that he can not flip his shares and there had been 0 shares sold by insiders. All of their conversions and the CFO direct buy have not been sold. Not 1 share even after the pop. They must think their millions of shares are worth more then... IMO Someone mentioned a buy out I could totally see that happening and also paying off debt early is a good thing. The 8-k was positive news. Don't care how people spin it.
