While I would certainly would like this to be the case, there is still zero evidence of funding or land closing. Without those two events, none of this can happen because the "initiative" can not begin. Also, the deadlines in the March PRs have apparently been exceeded by months, with no follow-up from the CEO (In my opinion, this reflects quite poorly on the CEO) There is also the history of the Bioharp saga (history isn't everything but, until the CEO proves that something has changed for the better, it can not be ignored). Based on all these negative factors, I believe that one can only assume that nothing substantive will be accomplished until something substantive is actually accomplished.
