This compensation for WORK Rendered i.e. DR. MIN through shares is a clue to the work and out come the COMPANY see's coming and obviously is laying the ground work for his compensation - thus they know what IS COMING and will compensate DR MIN nicely for his FRUITS.If he doesn't DELIVER (but they already know he is or they wouldn't be laying the groundwork for payment already) said shares will go nowhere.
