No doubt. But as far as I'm aware all we're currently looking at is trying to prove that there's something worthwhile down there for someone to consider production options for. And I currently don't consider that someone to be LBSR as they are - unless I missed something - in the exploration business.
Either way let's start by trying to prove what mr. Briscoe thinks we're sitting on.

So now your saying that LBSR/James Briscoe had billions of $$$$$$$,s dollars back in the 1990s to mine out over 100,000 tones of ore at the Hay Mountain to prove out the ore values Which were shared with Phelpes Dodge/FCX(?) REALLY! Your words: Project needs BILLIONS to go from Prospect to Production.
