Nowhere that I am aware of. That being said, a large Project needs BILLIONS to go from Prospect to Production. The Capital needs are really a function of what stage of development you want to take it to. At this point, it would be wise to take as little as possible on unfavorable terms, but enough to Drill the (Assumed) ZTEM targets. If they keep delivering on past rhetoric, the terms can only get better.
