There WERE promos earlier this year
The guy who got the 1mil something shares sold those shares into the promos he must have paid for
The promos are done, look at the weekly chart i will posted below, those shares were sold, are now into the market, and being held by longer, stronger, more interested retail hands
The loans are so miniscule that they will be paid off and really out of the picture IMO
