You have to wonder how this patent can be granted and the other not be valid. I am sure Authentify/Phonefactor/Microsoft felt a little tightening in the nether regions when this was awarded!!
I guess it pays to hire first class attorneys.
I know contracts and recurring revenue are important, but, this is really the key. They need to let the market know they OWN this segment so customers don't need to be afraid to have the carpet pulled out from under them.
