LOL those arent warrants and this has been gone over already. They issued shares to a consultant for IR services, thats why all the promos. Thats why guys like me got to sell for a nice profit and are now ready to really load up on the cheap again. It was necessary in a way, but could have been done different, the stock had no float at the time and didnt trade ANY volume as a result. Now we at least trade some, but the CEO got talked into a sweet deal that could have been better. Just some short term harm by the price falling temporarily
