Hey Buz,

It's all speculation from outside the company. It's honestly what I've learned so far based on what I knew 30 years ago when I thought about it every day. It's outdated and out of my field so absolutely, you need a second opinion from an electrical engineer which I am not. But I have been reading a lot and so far this where it has led me. I find it fascinating to witness this transformation of copper to glass after thinking about it for so long.

The business side has not been my experience. That's what I came here to find.

What I know about silicon photonics is the material side, so those opinions that I wrote about in my last post where coming from my very science oriented perspective and almost ignoring the business side.

I'm predicting a progress report PR on Friday around the time of the meeting. I'd be shocked if anything of significance has been achieved recently given the PPS right now and Lightwave's history of "unexplained" run-ups.

After Friday the next piece of news will be the 10-Q in mid-August which allows them to have this month and next covered for "shareholder communications". Have to imagine progress at the University slows down during the summer.

I'm thinking September might be the month we finally get a prototype... 5 months after the previous estimate should be enough, right?
