is any of the lawsuit public info, public filings? are they suing people to generate some cash or do they have real defensible IP? I cannot get a good feel for this just looking at their site. the out of band stuff is interesting but that has been around quite a long time and the companies in that space don't scare easily so a suing approach wont work. plus it takes 3-5 years to litigate patent issues, it is not a 1 or 2 year process. I bought some shares today just to watch and get a feel
