I see. We have to all realize that there are a handful of directors which hold large positions in this company. Their ownership interest creates a disincentive to dilute further. They have not sold shares in recent times. They did modify an agreement you can find in their filings in which an investor in Armada was given additional shares of armada to settle their issue. I think that issue was likely due to buying armada at such a high price only for it to drop hard...it might have been a way to avoid costly litigation (my guess).
