If anyone believes Foley is going to prison than they need a severe reality check. Bodybuilding.com had two brothers. One brother was the founder. Anyways... The Feds came and busted down their doors and found that illegal substances were being sold.
Sounds like a huge deal right???? The nonfounding brother moved over to a pennystock nutritional company M$LP and negative posters were posting how his past and his court hearing were going to ruin the stock. Court time came and stock price didnt appear to be affected. Neither brother went to prison but did have to pay some huge fines.
In our case we have David Foley. Well guess what, Foley had all charges but two counts dropped. Are the two counts serious? Not in my opinion. Enough to send someone to prison? Not in my opinion.
