That MM is always used to perform the manipulation game on driving the pps down. If only more were aware of this would empower themselves winning this shorted manipulated game in pennies. Shorts know this and use this tacit to add down pressure but at this pps is low enough to off counter that manipulation. Only retail empower the down trend in IPRU. So with that I'll be buying more if lowered more which will be considered gifts. IMO
