Hiphop- Once again I asked you to backup your claim of GuardedID patent being rejected. Once again, you had NOTHING TO SHOW.
Obviously, posting fluff PR pieces about pilot programs are just that, promotions for the company. What else do they have to go on at this point? Would you rather hear nothing from them? At least we know they have some irons in the fire.
I completely agree with other posters that the market is just catching up to the necessity of the OOB method of authentication. Sure, SFOR has been around a while, but all of a sudden, OOB is all over the place in the news and everyone and their brother are trying to come up with an OOB solution. That is why getting the OOB patent is CRITICAL.
I am not counting on any revenues from lawsuits. I just want the courts to establish who owns the rights and subsequent license revenue from this security method. Watch out when that is announced! We will have suitors for the patent AND companies lining up to pay royalties ahead of getting sued or told to stop using the patented technology. That could be very disruptive to an enterprise. Hopefully, this won't be a long wait.
