Mr. Holubiak is an accomplished biotech and pharmaceutical senior executive with over 30 years of industry experience including directing Roche Laboratories. From August 2001 to June 2002, Mr. Holubiak served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of iPhysician Net Inc. Mr. Holubiak holds a BS in Molecular Biology and Biophysics from the University of Pittsburgh in 1969 and a graduation in Biophysics from the University of Pittsburgh in 1970 and has completed medical training.
