my comment was NOT taken as I intended it too be. I was just mentioning that the CEO's of any company have to be careful when they enter the board posting agenda so that SEC will not accuse them of insider trading and disseminating corporate information. It was not directed to you PG at all I know you are as honest as the day is long just I did not convey my thoughts well sorry
